There are many different ways to do Fundraising
at Liberty Lanes but not limited to the following.
Bowlers get sponsors to either pay a set amount to
bowl or so much per pin.
30 bowlers each have 5 sponsors who pay $5.00
each Total is $25.00 per bowler
30 x 25 = $750.00
Bowling fee for 2 games and
shoes is $5.00. 30 x 5 =
$150.00
In 2 hours of having FUN
the organization raises $600.00
If you had 60 bowlers participating in the FUN,
the organization in 2 hours of having FUN earns $1200.00
If participants can get more sponsors and more
sponsorship $, how much do you want to earn?
2 Game League Cost is $5.00
Charge to the participant is up to you.
If you charge $10.00 then:
With 30 participants a week, $150.00
per week is raised for the organization while having FUN.
4 weeks = $600.00 8
weeks = $1,200.00
12 weeks = $1,800.00
An organization distributes a Rebate Card to its
members (5 to?). Rebate card is provide by Liberty Lanes. Each
time a member open bowls at full price, Liberty Lanes will refund
$.50 to the organization. Duration of Rebate can be 3 months or longer.
A refund check is sent to the organization once a month. How much can
the organization earn when having FUN this way.
It is endless.
1 member bowls 3 games in 1 month. This is
$1.50 to the organization. The member is a family of 4. This is
$6.00 for the family if they all have a rebate card. How many members
will participate? If 60 bowls with their families that would be $360.00
(60 x 6) per month. In 3 months it would be $1080. How many will
bowl more than once a month? All this while the member is having FUN.
The organization's members sell tickets.
Price can vary based on games or if food is included. Using the same
example with 2 games bowled for $10.00 and the cost is $5.00.
100 tickets sold = $1000.00. 60 people come
to bowl and to have FUN at $5.00 each = $300(60x5) The
unused tickets, 40 or $400, is also the organization's money. Total
raised is $400.00 plus $300.00 or $700.00 while your members are having FUN.
A minimum number of bowlers must be guaranteed.
This activity is from midnight to 6:00 AM. A
charge is agreed upon between Liberty Lanes and the organization. The
amount raised will depend on the number of participants and the agreed
amount. This activity is FUN and more FUN. Food is normally
provided at 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. (This option is especially good for
youth groups.)
The options for raising money at Liberty
Lanes can continue but these are examples that have worked in Bowling Centers
in the United States.

Must have a minimum of 30 participants in most
cases.
Food and beverages are always available to you and
your bowlers from our Snack Bar and Lounge
