News   LIBERTY LANES BOWLING RESORT NEWS   If you want to get out of the heat and cool off come to the Resort where it is always air conditioner cool. Mini Golf is now open! Come and enjoy the fun.   Our masking units are complete. You can view them under Photo Gallery They look even better '"in person." The next time you stop by see if you can find where the skunk is hiding.     Don’t forget to present your Rewards card to earn back 10% of your purchase.   Congratulations to Emo Crossman for doing so well in last week''s Pitch Tourny! The next tournament will be held Sunday, September 19th at 1 p.m.   Our next King of the Hill tournament will be held Sunday, July 25th at 1 pm   Everyone had an awesome time at this week’s bowling camp. Scores definitely saw improvement! Session II, August 9th - 13th. 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Ages 5-18, Cost: $40. Included: individual coaching by Bronson Schalizki, bowling, shoes, and lunch. Call us for more information or to register.   At our Rock & Bowl last Friday Rebecca celebrated her 13th birthday. The party jammed to our music and feasted on our pizza and soda buffet.   This week's Youth bowling league's lesson was about bowling equipment. Bronson explained that looks don’t always matter. He reminisced about a time in his life when a pink bowling ball came out and he refused to use it because of its color. The owner of the bowling center he frequented at the time "forced”" him to try it. The pink bowling ball quickly became Bronson’s favorite!   At this week's Seniors Get-Together everyone agreed that the air conditioning felt refreshing. This week Pam had high game and high series for the women. And for the fourth week in a row Don G. high game and series for the men.  The seniors bowl on Tuesdays at 12:30 and everyone is welcome to participate. The cost is $5. Remember that the coffee, air conditioning, fun and exercise are always free.   For the 2010-2011 School year we will be hosting an afterschool program from 3:10 p.m.-6 p.m. for grades 6-8. There will be an afterschool bus provided from school to the Resort. The cost will be $3.50 per day ($15 per week) and will include a snack, homework help, games, shoe rental and bowling. Contact us for more information.   On Fridays from 9-11 there is Rock & Bowl. It only costs $10 for shoes, bowling, pizza and soda. Please call ahead to reserve a lane.   $1 a game Sundays are now all day! Remember to call ahead for reservations.   Life is a party at Liberty Lanes Bowling Resort. If you're interested in having a private party whether it be a fundraiser, birthday, retirement or reunion, then be sure to reserve your date early.   Due to the Camden Firemen’s Field Days we will be closed Friday, July 16th through Sunday, July 18th. We hope to see you there! We will still be having our Junior league on Saturday morning. We will reopen Monday, July 19th at noon. We look forward to seeing you soon.
